Hating their job, but afraid of losing it.
Sucking the life blood out of everybody – especially themselves.
You didn’t hire Zombies, but you may have created them.
Not on purpose.
Are you setting clear objectives?
Are you being clear about your expectations and their goals?
Do they understand their roles?
You may believe that it isn’t your place to set direction.
You may even believe that ‘in this economy’, a staff should motivate themselves – they should feel lucky to have jobs.
