If you are not excited about what you are doing what’s the point? 


If the people in your organization don’t get excited about what you are doing it’s time to look for a different place to work.


Some colleagues of mine view work as a way to subsidize the part of their lives that they care about. 


Which means they don’t care about a third of their lives.


Avoid these people


It’s the passion for what you do that will sustain you.
