It’s Time To Kill Performance Reviews

Evaluating performance is an ongoing task.

There is no more important function of leadership than to choose the right people, mentor the right people, keep the right people…

and relocate the wrong people out of their way. (And give the wrong people the chance to become the right people).

If you must have a formal process, try to keep it simple.

Begin by asking these three questions…

What should you start doing?
What should you stop doing?
What should you continue doing?
