Most people I know are busy.
Busy attending meetings.
Busy answering e-mails.
Busy telling everyone how busy they are.
Far fewer deliver results.
These folks do the work that matters.
They keep customers happy.
They ship product.
They make profit.
They are too occupied creating stuff to tell anyone what they have accomplished.
That’s the busy people’s job.
